Reservations made by groups must give 14 days notice of cancellation. Groups who cancel less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
