Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  A fixed amount of USD 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged USD 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
