Food & Beverages

With a large choice of hearty dishes, traditional regional specialities and sophisticated gourmet cuisine, there is something for every taste. The cosy, rustic Loipenklause restaurant serves food until 22:00. You can also dine in the sunny conservatory and on the summer terrace overlooking the countryside. You are spoilt for choice, as you can choose to dine à la carte or select a 3-course menu or 5-course menu from the half-board options.

If you intend to arrive after 21:00, please inform the hotel in advance.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 14 years are charged EUR 22.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
