Rooms

All of our holiday apartments offer a spacious living area with dining corner as well as a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the listed facilities the kitchen contains an oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishes. Each apartment has one or 2 bedrooms and the spacious bathrooms have a bath or shower.

Whether you are on holiday with family or friends or your club, we have the right programme for you. The smallest holiday apartment is approximately 56 m² in size and offers a lot of comfort and a tasteful ambience. In the restaurant, our staff will pamper you with Italian and regional specialities. Ski slopes, cross-country ski-tracks and hiking paths are near to the hotel. Our services also include a ski and ice skate rental and ski-tickets are available at reception. A daily holiday and leisure programme, guided cross-country tours, creative classes, evening tours by torchlight and much more are sure to provide a terrific time.

Food & Beverages

In our restaurant "Don Alfredo" you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Self-catering guests can take advantage of our complimentary bread delivery service. Culinary delicacies are also available in our conservatory, in our rustic "Steinecke" or in front of the fireplace. Adults can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine while our younger guests can take their pick from a colourful children's menu as part of half-board accommodation.

Service charges include a one-time mandatory cleaning fee.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 35.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
