Our holiday apartments are very comfortably equipped and feature beds without foot ends - ideal for tall people. The apartments are rented as self-catering apartments.

Hotel details

We have a small farm and our guests will encounter horses on our meadows, and in summer you can watch hens with their chicks. For children we have a petting zoo with rabbits, cats and guinea pigs. Our farm features a small wellness area with sauna and resting beds where you can unwind after a long day spent skiing or hiking. Recently, we have installed a ski and ski shoe storage room with drying facilities (use free of charge). The apartments are rented as self-catering apartments and will not be cleaned by the owners during your stay.

During your stay, the apartment will not be cleaned by the owners.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services.  Breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
