Ferienhof OslIt features self-catered apartments and a petting zoo for children. Situated just 2 km from Lake Hallstatt, valued throughout, the hotel provides the unique opportunity to stay at an authentic organic farm. The spa area includes a sauna and a small relaxation area and is subject to a fee. All apartments at the hotel Guest House include a fully equipped kitchen, and above all, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. There are a number of farm animals such as horses, very much appreciated, rabbits, hens, cats and guinea pigs. Situated in a peaceful spot in Obertraum, valued throughout, the farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful meadows. The next restaurant is only a few steps away, highly regarded, the centre of Obertraun as well as supermarkets are 600 metres away. The Dachstein-West ski area is about 20 kilometres from the farm house and there is a ski storage room with drying facilities. Free private parking is also available at the house.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 5 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
