Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 8 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
