The Schleißheim Palace Gardens are situated in the immediate vicinity and a forest exercise route (posing 20 fitness challenges) is 200 metres away. The Allianz Arena (FC Bayern football club) is 1.5 km away. Munich’s Olympiapark is 8 km away. The city centre is 12 km away. The Munich Riem exhibition complex is 15 km away.

Travel information

The S-Bahn (city rail) connection will carry you to Munich’s city centre and airport in approximately 20 minutes. The hotel offers a transfer service to the S-bahn station and firms in Oberschleißheim and Unterschleißheim. The nearest motorway access road is 2 km from the hotel. If you are arriving by public transport, you can take the S-Bahn (city rail) line 1 from Munich’s main railway station or airport. The journey time to Oberschleißheim is 20 minutes. You can use the hotel’s free shuttle to travel from the Oberschleißheim S-bahn station to the hotel (1.6 km). Kindly request the shuttle service 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
