Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

80 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 5 years are charged EUR 67 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 112 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 134 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
