Our restaurant serves international and local specialities of the highest standard. Enjoy a 5-course dinner with 3 choices of main course, a salad buffet, a cheese board and a selection of fruits. Our wine cellar stocks excellent Austrian and international wines.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  One child from 4 to 6 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
