Rooms

Our deluxe apartments are located in our newly built houses “Alpenresidenz am Mühlbach” (type D) and “Haus Annakogl” (type C), while the “Standard” apartments (type B) are in our “Haus Barbara”. All apartments are of different size and offer different facilities for your individual needs. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with bed linen, towels, dishcloths, crockery, cutlery, coffeemaker and kettle. For additional facilities please consult the individual room descriptions. Change of sheets every Saturday. Change of towels every Tuesday and Saturday.

Our state-of-the-art apartments are the definition of understated elegance that exceeds every expectation. The ambient design combined with total comfort enhances the whole memorable experience of holidays with loved ones. Plenty of natural light, warmth and harmonious colour schemes within the rooms add to the relaxed atmosphere, along with the fully-equipped spacious kitchenettes that are ideal for those traditional family meals around the table. Traditional alpine décor with locally sourced wood and particular attention to detail create the perfect environment in which to enjoy those precious holidays in the mountains.

Food & Beverages

Our apartments are self-catering; we do offer bread rolls every day except Sundays.

For payment, we only accept cash (in EUR - other currencies on request). End-cleaning charges for the apartments are as follows: B-1, C-1, D-1, D-6: EUR 50 B-2, C-2, D-2, D-5, D-7: EUR 40 D-3: EUR 60 B-3, D-4: EUR 70 Extra beds can be provided in the apartments upon request. Late arrival: All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving later than 18:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 7.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
