Directly adjoining the restaurant is our hotel bar where you can enjoy an apéritif before sitting down to feast on our fine cuisine. Our food with a fresh, contemporary flavour is inspired by Mediterranean influences, and is nicely rounded off with a selection of wines from around the world. Our in-house brewery serves up delicious, local Ammergauer Maxbräu beer as well as rustic cuisine based on fresh produce from the surrounding area. While away those beautiful summer days in our beer garden, which is ringed by ancient trees and blessed with an open view of the Ammergau Alps.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
