Area information

Obdach and its surroundings offer many leisure options in summer as well as in winter, from skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing to beautiful hikes on 330 km of trails and mountain biking on well-signposted routes. There are also many cosy mountain huts.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 9 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
