The Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet received it´s name from the Nordiska Kompaniet which was one of Sweden´s most well known manufacturers and was located on the premises up until the middle of the 1970´s. Skavsta Airport is approximately 7 kilometres away. It is well situated alongside a charming river, opposing a beautiful castle. The hotel is just five minutes from the Central Square and shopping district. Conference facilities for up to 50 persons are available.

Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet offers complimentary breakfast and a light evening buffet. Coffee, tea and fruits are available 24/7 for all hotel guests. For the guests with the late arrival there will be a small evening-snack.

Please note that the reception is only open 24 hours from Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sunday the reception staff is at your service from 07.00 to 23.00.

Area information

The hotel is located in central Nyköping, close to the harbour and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Nyköping. From the E4 it is 3 km to the hotel. Simply follow the signs towards Hamnen. Nyköping is only a one hour drive from Stockholm. The train takes about the same time. Nyköping is close to Skavsta airport, once there, low-price flights are available to many European destinations.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
