Hotellets restaurant offers a unique and personal dining experience with seasonal menus. On request, the restaurant will happily cater for weddings, family or company parties and birthdays.

Pet Policy: Small pets DKR 250. Extra Beds: One additional bed can only be added to business rooms for DKR 250 per night. On Sundays, breakfast is served from 08:00-10:00.

Travel information

By Car: - Follow motorway E47/E55 and turn off to Nykøbing F. - Drive through Nykøbing F, make a right turn straight after the bridge and continue to Sundby. - Continue straight for another 2 km and turn towards Middelaldercenteret (Medieval Centre). Parking: The hotel has a large, open car park, which can be used free of charge. By Train: The hotel is only a 2 hour train ride from Copenhagen. Trains from Copenhagen airport run every hour towards Nykøbing F. When you arrive in Nykøbing F, continue in a taxi to Sam Hotels (10 minutes) or go by bus 2 towards Middelaldercenteret (Medieval Centre) which runs every hour on the hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged DKK 100.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged DKK 160.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
