This includes a selection of 105 king bedded rooms, 78 twins and 14 triples, ready for guest relaxation and serenity. The contemporary tropical décor features canopied beds, with sleek tropical wood furnishings and floors. Meanwhile the resort’s 167 Superior rooms, available exclusively the ground level, feature spacious patios and terraces, especially angled to capture vistas of the resort’s lush tropical gardens. The Superior inventory includes 73 kings, 87 twins and 7 triples, with warm and richly polished furniture and contemporary atmosphere mirrored throughout the rooms. The resort offers a variety of specialised restaurants serving international and Asian cuisine. There is the Lotus Asian Garden which is open from 19:00 until 23:00. It offers traditional Asian specialities and unique tastes from the Spice Islands, as well as the freshest seafood, meat and vegetables prepared according to your preference. The elegant Sorrento Mediterranean restaurant is open from 19:00 until 23:00 and features a private breakfast for VIP and Garden Villas guests. It is an Italian restaurant serving a la carte and table d’hôte dishes. The Sateria Beach Restaurant is a pizzeria by the beachfront, open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 until 23:00. Come and experience open-air seaside casual dining with an a la carte menu and 24-hour room service. The Sakura sushi bar is suitable for private luncheons. It is open from 19:00 until 23:00 and offers teppanyaki, sushi and tatami. You can also choose your own live lobster directly from the tank, prepared to your liking. The El Patio coffee shop offers indoor and outdoor dining, serving an American buffet breakfast and a la carte continental and Asian lunches and dinners. It also provides 24-hour room service and is open from 06:00 until 00:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
