If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 15 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
