The rooms feature shower or bath tub, or even both. An entire floor is reserved for non-smokers. Our double rooms can be booked with twin or king-size beds; please indicate your wishes while booking.

Food & Beverages

Start the day with a rich breakfast buffet, which we serve from 07:00 onwards. During weekends and the opening period of the Christmas market, breakfast serving time is extended. Enjoy dinner with a variety of restaurants nearby which serves different styles of cuisine, such as Japanese, Spanish, Thai, Indian and Italian. Of course, there is also a German restaurant serving regional dishes. Our reception will be pleased to give you recommendations and provide you with a small map of the city.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
