Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child under 12 years is charged USD 75.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 250.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
