By Car: - Take the M4. - Exit at junction 11. - Take the A33 towards Reading. - Join the A4155 to Caversham. - After the bridge, take the A4074 following the signs to Mapledurham House and Water Mill. - Turn left at the Pack Saddle Pub. - 1.5 miles down the lane you will see the hotel's sign. The hotel provides free, secure parking and a shuttle to and from Reading station.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  . 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
