Located just above the beach, surrounded by carefully maintained Mediterranean gardens, all our apartments offer a beautiful sea view from their own balconies. Relax in spacious living rooms with modern designer furniture and prepare your own meals in the luxuriously and completely equipped kitchen. All apartments feature underfloor heating, individually controlled air-conditioning and one or 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. The rooms and suites are located in 5 hotel wings. They provide the finest bedding and toiletries and a telephone in the bathroom. All interiors are made to assist guests in maximising their in-room time and comfort.

Food & Beverages

First-class restaurants and bars offer a variety of cuisines in a relaxing atmosphere. If you book breakfast, you can choose from a rich buffet table in the Enjoy restaurant.

The Novi Spa will open its doors in 2009.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per child under 11 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
