The apartments are situated above the Victoria shopping centre and there are 120 well-known shops, cafes and restaurants in the building. The centre also houses an indoor undercover market offering fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as fish and meat. There is even a large Tesco supermarket. The apartments are fully alarmed, with closed circuit TV surveillance and 24-hour security throughout the building.
