■ By car From O.R Tambo International Airport: ▪ Take the Johannesburg (R24) freeway. ▪ After around 8km you will come up to Gilhooly's Interchange. Follow the signs to enter the N3 freeway (to Pretoria). ▪ Stay on the N3 freeway, now following the signs that indicate "N1 Roodeport/Bloemfontein" (you do not need to change freeways). ▪ Take the MALIBONGWE off-ramp. ▪ Turn right at the top of the off-ramp. ▪ Proceed for 3km and turn right at the 5th traffic light into BELLAIRS drive. ▪ Proceed for 1km and turn left at the first traffic light into BLANFORD Road. ▪ Abbey Road Guest House is the first house on the left – No 200 Blanford Road.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
