The Blue Room Cafe offers a family-friendly dining atmosphere, complete with a variety of signature dishes as well as appetizers and a children's menu. Sandtrap Bar & Grill is the perfect place for happy hour after a long day on the green or the beach. Catch a favorite team on TV, or just relax with cocktails and good company. Fishtails Beach Bar features a number of light meal choices along with signature beverages, live entertainment and dancing.

A Vacation Protection Plan can be added to reservations for USD 20. Total with tax USD 21.60, this fee is non-refundable, but protects against cancellations, changes, and early departures. This option must be added within 24 hours of confirming reservation. Guests are required to be 21 years of age to check-in. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Offsite trailer parking will be provided for both May Bike Weeks. A USD 20 per day fee will be assessed.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 5.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  4 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
