Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 1.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast costs USD 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
