Travel information

Please inform the guest house before arrival. Nordstemmen is located within the area of the trade fair grounds and easily reachable by car (18 km) via the Messeschnellweg or by train from Nordstemmen in approximately 20 minutes. From the North, take motorway A7 and take the exit towards Laatzen via the cities of Sarstedt and Rössing. From the South, take the exit towards Hildesheim in the direction of Zentrum B1 in the direction of Hameln. At the junction turn right towards Heyersum.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 15 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
