If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 22 per person per night.  American breakfast costs EUR 28 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
