Rooms

Floreal Nieuwpoort has no less than 140 studios and apartments, all completely renovated in 2005. The units were designed with stairs, creating extra space in a multi-level setting. Each studio and apartment also has a balcony. For the less mobile, two studios are specially fitted with stair lifts. Our studios are fitted with a kitchen and a living room, able to accommodate 3 people (2 single beds and 1 folding bed). A shower room and separate wc complete the equipment. Room service is included The 1 bedroom apartments are designed for 4 to 5 people and the 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 7 people. Both studios and apartments are equipped with modern facilities.

Hotel details

The whole family can enjoy the activities offered at this luxury hotel. Even the swimming pool is equipped for guests of all ages; a slide and paddling pool add to the fun. The swimming pool is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. During the school holidays and for certain events during the year, our animation team presents a variety of activities and shows that are sure to appeal to both young and old.

Food & Beverages

The cafeteria offers a wide range of snacks at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is open from 8:00 till 10:00. Lunch is available from 12:00 till 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 till 20:00. The cafeteria is open from 10:00 till at least 22:00. Restaurant Floreal is open from 12:00 till 13:00 and serves a 3-course menu. Restaurant De Kotter is a gastronomical fish restaurant which is closed on Sunday evenings, Mondays and Tuesdays (except for public holidays).

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
