If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
