Guests can use the outdoor car park for free, or can park in the hotel’s garage for a small daily fee. The hotel offers a pick-up service from Steinheim (Westfalen) station on request. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 7 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 8 to 10 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 11 to 13 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
