Dinner is available on request, but there is no choice of dishes.

There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 35 for the apartment.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
