Our conference rooms feature marvellous natural daylight, and seat up to 30 delegates.

Food & Beverages

Our hotel restaurant offers a fine range of seasonal delicacies. Our dining area is closed on Tuesdays. We place great emphasis on the quality of our local Eifel produce. If you enjoy the tasty delicacies in our hotel restaurant, you can take home some delicious Eifel sausages, honey or other souvenirs on sale in our hotel shop.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 25.50 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
