Hotel details

Bed and bathroom linen are provided free of charge. Bed linen includes sheets and pillowcase and bathroom linen includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card used to guarantee the reservation prior to your arrival. The reception is open 24 hours a day. 1 studio is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
