Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CAD 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
