The Embers offers a full a-la-carte breakfast menu as well as a full, seasonal breakfast. Light lunch, snacks and children's menus are also available. The Open Hearth Restaurant offers entrees prepared by an expert chef in full view of guests. The glass enclosed kitchen allows views of menu choices being prepared.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 2 years are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
