Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: One adult 21 years or older must be present in each room.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 7.00 per 30 minutes.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CAD 9.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
