All of the hotel’s 136 bright, spacious, modern rooms are well-equipped, with all the contemporary comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Each room has an internet connection point offering high-speed internet access via modem at an additional charge. All rooms have interactive TVs with pay-as-you-play PlayStation games available at an additional cost.

The hotel features an impressive range of facilities for both the business and leisure guest. There are full leisure and fitness facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a whirlpool and an on-site health and fitness centre. There is a restaurant and bar serving food and drinks throughout the day, as well as 24-hour room service. The hotel also caters for conference and banqueting events for up to 180 people, making it an ideal location for weddings, seminars and training courses. There is ample free parking for all guests using the hotel’s facilities.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request in rooms only. Only guide dogs are allowed in the hotel’s public areas.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 19 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
