Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 25.00 per night in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
