Enjoy a leisurely meal poolside amid lush gardens and graceful palms at the Palm Terrace Restaurant and Lounge or a refreshing cocktail at the poolside Palapa Bar. Enjoy entertainment Thursday – Saturday night in the Palm Terrace Lounge. Complimentary morning coffee is available in the lobby.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Pet fee applies at USD 100 per pet per night.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  0.1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
