You can be collected from the railway station or Stansted Airport (on request). There is a conference room suitable for 15 to 20 people, with full catering available. On request, and at an additional cost, 1st Place Newmarket Apartments can provide flowers, luxury chocolate, a fruit basket or champagne. Other services include: evening meals, newspapers, special dietary needs, laundry and ironing. Shopping can be brought to your apartment.

Food & Beverages

On arrival you will find a welcome pack containing: fresh milk, bread or croissants, dry-cured bacon, award-winning sausages, free-range eggs, tomatoes, beans, fruit juice, cereals and yogurt, a selection of preserves, sauces, and tea and coffee. You can request something home-cooked from the menu.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
