Staybridge Suites offer all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment, with the service of a hotel. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and offers service and assistance round the clock. There are evening receptions Monday to Thursday, newspapers, a business centre, a fitness room and a free guest laundry room.

Staybridge Suites does not usually provide a housekeeping visit on weekends or public holidays. If you require this, please confirm at the time of booking. Staybridge Suites Newcastle are unsuitable for groups of same-sex individuals (e.g. stag or hen parties). Bookings from such groups will be subject to different policies and additional costs.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
