Each apartment is fitted to the highest standard with a 32 inch flat-screen TV, as well as luxury bathroom accessories. Apartments have 2 double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom. Each apartment is stylishly decorated to the highest standard, creating a comfortable yet modern and relaxed living space featuring; Sky TV, wireless broadband internet access, and a well-equipped designer kitchen, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

At Kensington House guests benefit from the convenience and services of a hotel whilst also enjoying the space and freedom of apartment living. Apartments are all available on a nightly basis with no minimum stay, making them ideal for both corporate clients and visitors to the region. Apartments feature welcome packs, a ‘book a chef’ service, and a dry cleaning service only a phone call away. Whether on business or pleasure, Kensington House is an ideal place to stay.

Please note that guide dogs are allowed in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
