Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 2.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
