If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 18.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night for extra beds.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
