Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 9 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 13 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
