Our spa area consists of a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a solarium, an infrared cabin, a Kneipp hydrotherapy pool, a massage room and a relaxation oasis. There is also a newly built heated swimming pool. You can enjoy the beneficial qualities of Grander water at the drinking fountain. Guests have a majestic view of the Stubai Alps from the hotels open-air area.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
