Our cosy rooms are furnished in typical Tyrolean style with local wood and offer all the comfort of a modern 4-star hotel. Edelweiss rooms for 2 to 3 people are approx. 30 m², Tyrol rooms for 2 to 4 people are approx. 40 m². Some rooms feature connecting doors.

The refined hotel restaurant serves dishes made from local products as well as regional and international specialities. Enjoy our farmer’s buffet, the barbecue evening on the sun terrace, the gala dinner with aperitif, the cosy mountain breakfast, and much more. You can also enjoy a wine tasting in our historic hotel garden, dating from 1889.

Travel information

By car: Brenner motorway from Innsbruck (approx. 20 minutes), exit Schönberg (first village of the Stubai Valley), pass Mieders, Telfes, Fulpmes. Toll-free alternative: Brenner federal road to Schönberg (approx. 45 minutes). By train: There are regular busses from Innsbruck's main station to Neustift. The hotel's stop is called "Neustift-Neder". By plane: The closest airport is Innsbruck. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to the main train station. On request, the hotel can also pick you up.

Area information

The Stubai Valley is located on 1,000 metres above sea level and is therefore the perfect place for hiking and mountainbiking tours in summer, and for skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. The Stubai Glacier is Austria’s largest glacier skiing area and offers high snow-reliability. Enjoy the wonderful view from the “Top of Tyrol” over Italy, Switzerland and Germany - it is Austria’s highest restaurant. Our hotel enjoys a quiet location off the main road and is surrounded by 3,000 m² gardens. The Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck is only a 20-minute drive away, and the Brenner Motorway only a 10-minute drive.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
