Travel information

Take the Neumünster Nord exit (13) of the A7 motorway, and turn right towards Neumünster. Continue along this road for 3.5 km and you will find the hotel on the right-hand side. From Lübeck/Plön, follow the signs for Holstenhalle, and the hotel is on the left-hand side. You can take the local no. 5 bus from the central bus station to the local Holstenhalle stop, just 200 metres from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
