Both EUR and the convertible Marka (BAM) are accepted at the hotel.

Area information

Neum is a touristic town in Bosnia and Herzegovina located on the Adriatic Sea coast. With its long and warm summers and short and mild winters, Neum is considered to be one of the sea towns which has the greatest number of sunny days in the year. Excursion trips to nearby tourist destinations such as Dubrovnik, Korcula and Medjugorje as well as many recreational activities like visits to vineyards and olive and tangerine plantations are offered.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
