Travel information

From Munich: From the A92, take the exit Deggendorf on to the A3. Then take the exit 'Bogen' and follow the signs until Neukrichen (7km). From Passau and Regensburg, take the A3 until 'Bogen'.

Area information

The Akzent Wellnesshotel Bayerwald Residenz is ideally located to enjoy countless outdoor activities. Hiking and cycling around the region’s scenic landscapes are the most popular activities in the Neukirchen area. Golfers will also find a number of golf courses close by. The nearby Straubing golf course can accommodate golfers of all levels with its 9-hole and 18-hole courses. There are also numerous popular attractions within an hour’s drive of the hotel. These include the monastery brewery in Aldersbach, the historic towns of Passau and Regensburg. The Czech border is also just 30 minutes’ drive away, giving visitors another excellent day-trip option. Munich is also less than 2 hours’ drive from the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
