Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
